Some safety guidelines of Essential Oils

Do’s:

Dilute with a carrier oil: Always mix essential oils with a carrier oil (like
coconut or jojoba oil) before applying to the skin to avoid irritation.
Our bath and body oils are pre blended for you.

Do a patch test: Before using a new essential oil, test it on a small area of skin to ensure no reactions.

Store them properly: Keep your essential oils in a cool, dark place in tightly sealed containers to preserve their quality.

Use them mindfully: Less is more! A few drops are often enough to enjoy
the benefits.

Don’ts:

Don’t apply directly to the skin: Pure essential oils are potent and can
cause irritation if not diluted.

Don’t ingest them: Only consume essential oils if you’re following specific guidance from a qualified professional.

Avoid using on sensitive areas: Keep essential oils away from your eyes,
ears, and broken skin.

Don’t expose to sunlight after applying citrus oils: Oils like lemon or bergamot can make your skin more sensitive to UV rays.

Don’t apply them to pets or children without advice: Some essential oils
aren’t safe for little ones or animals.
